JOINING US
The Adur Art Collective is a thriving community and welcomes new members. Membership is open to artists living and working within the Adur District Shoreham-by-Sea, Shoreham Beach, South Lancing, North Lancing, Coombes, Sompting, Southwick, Kingston-by-Sea and Fishersgate.
Our ethos is inclusive rather than selective. We offer the service to all within the Adur District who can demonstrate an ongoing arts practise encouraging participation from both artists and makers of all ages, at all stages of their careers, and from all parts of the community including students and marginalised artists.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to all artists from Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas (Adur District area).
Registration opens twice a year and is open for a month. New members can join in January (Full Year Membership) or July (Half Year Membership)
NEW MEMBERS:
Full Year Membership is £50 (includes £20 Set Up Fee)
Half Year Membership is £40 (Includes £20 Set Up Fee)
Once you have completed our Membership Application our Committee will review it and confirm or decline your application by email. Once confirmed, you will need to pay your fee online via the link provided or let us know if that method is not practical for you.
RENEWING MEMBERS
Renewals from active members for one year is £30.
Payable online and auto-renews in January each year unless cancelled. Look out for an email that gives you the information you need about your renewal.

Feature on the artists page on the website – New members are offered a dedicated area on the Artists Page on our website, with a featured image of your artwork, your artist statement, and links to your email, phone number, social media, website and eccomerce sites.

Feature on our social media sites – Get featured and stay up to date with events, our social media team regularly share news and events about our artists on our social media sites.

Take part in the annual Adur Art Trail – Only members of Adur Art Collective, have the opportunity to take part in the annual Adur Art Trail.

Discounts – Members can benefit from discounts with local participating businesses and stores. Please note: these discounts vary, are subject to terms and may change.

Connect with local artists – Joining the Adur Art Collective is a great way to meet other artists and connect. Members have the opportunity to attend social events, many of our artists collaborate and work together on projects.

News, events and opportunities updates – The Adur Art Collective communications team regularly share updates about up and coming opportunities within the Shoreham-by-Sea and beyond local artist community.
