I am a scientist (zoologist) and my work is therefore experimental ... usually the result of thinking 'I wonder what would happen if ...? You can see about 40 of my paintings on the fence outside number 2 Riverbank which I put there to brighten up a dull fence. The majority of them are inspired by the sea. I also doodle regularly in watercolour sketchbooks using a variety of materials. Each week for the last six years I have produced an iPad painting for the Church of the Good Shepherd newsletter. I am in the process of producing videos to illustrate my poems which I am recording.
