Over the years I have been very lucky to have been involved in many interesting architectural and interior design projects. My observations of shapes, colours and uses of building and recycled materials have had great influence on me.

My sailing background, with deliveries around the world and the love of the sea, have left their mark. With my paintings I try to provoke emotions and initiate thought. My works nearly always start off with a title, and the dream flows on. The story of  '52 Azul' the world's loneliest whale, the sea, the loud Mediterranean colours is an example. Forever searching , experimenting, and breaking the rules.

I have had exhibitions in the south of England, France and Spain. For me, the most rewarding part of the process is meeting new people and when a piece finds a new home abroad, continuing its journey across the same borders I once crossed.
