Catherine Whiteoak is a multidisciplinary artist/designer working predominantly in assemblage sculpture.

She moved to Shoreham-by-Sea in 2020 and completed an MA in Inclusive Arts Practice from the University of Brighton in 2021, both factors hugely influencing the development and direction of her practice.

Inspired by her local environment and a modernist sculpture and design aesthetic, Cath creates assemblage sculptures, informed by the inherent shape and texture of the ‘ Objet Trouve’, to produce compelling abstract-figurative pieces.
