I have created art for many years as an artist and teacher but have always enjoyed ceramic art.

I trained in illustration in Bristol and completed my degree there. I have collected ceramics for a while and recently started to develop my own ceramics.

I enjoy the interaction between different textures and colours and like to use my ceramics as a canvas for my art work I get inspiration from living on the south coast. Mainly from the sea and the downs. I love the textures and colours of the local landscapes and coast and try to represent them with the textures and colours on the surface of my work.
